Today, she loves being the founder of Simply Bowls & Co and looks forward to being an inexhaustible resource for all her students and getting back to her roots of old-fashioned and sound nutrition education.

“To this day, I stand for education and want to be the bridge to wellness, to help all populations understand the power of food and supplements to fulfill the needs that many are missing.” My passion drove me to open up a wellness hub, Simply Bowls & Co, with my chef husband, Darrin, and my daughter, Kayla, to provide healthy food on the go- with a side order of nutrition education! My mission is to help train your taste buds to CRAVE HEALTHY, by providing simple healthy food in a bowl. I love my hometown, therefore I wanted to bring my passion to life! With my nutrition education and my husband's cooking skills, and my daughter's creations, we have hit the nail on the head. We have created a place to provide healthy food choices and solid accurate nutrition education!
