Join us for our monthly parent support group meeting at Cara-Bean. Coffee, Tea, etc along with 'breakfast for dinner' are on the menu in March and as always provided by Sun, Moon & Stars. This month's meeting will continue our trend of self-care as we practice mindfullness. Back by popular demand is Debbie from Ready to Exhale as she leads us in zentangle "Tree of Life." Think of an "intention' word for your tree.
